MAX41473/MAX41474 RF Receivers

Analog Devices Inc. MAX41473/MAX41474 RF Receivers are high-performance and low-power devices that are ideal for Amplitude Shift-Keying (ASK) and Frequency Shift-Keying (FSK) data. The MAX41473/MAX41474 receivers are designed to receive ASK/FSK modulated data in the 287MHz to 320MHz, 425MHz to 480MHz, and 860MHz to 960MHz ISM frequency bands. These RF receivers are capable of ASK or FSK reception and are fully programmable through the I²C interface. The MAX41473/MAX41474 receivers have excellent RF sensitivity and allow input signals up to 0dBm of power at the RF input. These RF receivers come with an integrated IF filter, a few external components, and low operating/power-down currents.
