ADuM7223 Isolated Precision Half-Bridge Driver

Analog Devices Inc. ADuM7223 Isolated Precision Half-Bridge Driver features 4.0A isolated, half-bridge gate drivers designed using ADI's iCoupler® technology to provide independent and isolated high-side and low-side outputs. Combining high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, these isolation components offer outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as the combination of pulse transformers and non-isolated gate drivers.

Lithium Ion Battery Formation & Test Solutions

Analog Devices Inc. Lithium Ion Battery Formation and Test Solutions offer a small, environmental-friendly system for testing and forming rechargeable battery cells and packs. The offering uses a PWM controller to provide charging energy. With these solutions from Analog Devices, designers can direct discharging energy to other cells or send the energy back to the grid to minimize energy usage.

Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices Isolated Gate Drivers feature iCoupler® technology. The iCoupler technology provides reliability and performance advantages over designs using optocouplers or pulse transformers. The isolated gate driver family offers 50ns propagation delay (max.), less than 5ns channel-to-channel matching, 400Vrms working voltage for a 50-year lifetime, and galvanic isolation.
