HMC241ALP3E SP4T Non-Reflective Switch

Analog Devices Inc. HMC241ALP3E SP4T Non-Reflective Switch is a general-purpose, non-reflective, 100MHz to 4GHz Single-Pole, Four-Throw switch manufactured using a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) process. This switch offers high isolation of 43dB (typical) at 2GHz. The HMC241ALP3E also features a low insertion loss of 0.7dB at 2GHz, and on-chip termination of the isolated ports.
