Apacer Technology Inc. PV920-M280 PCI Express Flash Drives are implemented with Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) ECC engine to extend SSD endurance and increase data reliability. These flash drives are built with a powerful PCIe controller and deliver outstanding performance in data transfer. The data transfer speeds reach 305,000/258,000MB/s and 1,740/1,550MB/s in IOPS and sequential read/write. The PV920-M280 flash drives feature a built-in thermal sensor to monitor the temperature of the SSD via S.M.A.R.T commands and are configured with thermal throttling to adjust frequency scaling dynamically. This enhances data reliability and provides sustained performance while overheating. These flash drives offer end-to-end data protection that assures data integrity at multiple points in the path to enable reliable delivery of data transfers. The PV920-M280 drives have various implementations, including power saving modes, wear leveling, flash block management, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, NVMe secure erase, over-provisioning, Hyper Cache technology, and DataRAID™. These flash drives are ideal for industrial, imaging, computing, and enterprise markets.
