Precision Slow Blow Thin Film Fuses

Bourns Precision Slow Blow Thin Film Fuses provide a fusing time of 1s to 120s at 200% rated current. These time lag thin film chip fuses are designed for overcurrent protection and feature a miniature footprint. The surface-mount packaging is ideal for automated assembly. Bourns Precision Slow Blow Thin Film Fuses operate in a temperature range of -20°C to +105°C and are UL 248-14 listed and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include set-top boxes, cell phones, disk drives, PDAs, LCD monitors, and rechargeable battery packs.

SF-0603SP-R Metal Foil SMD Fuses

Bourns SF-0603SP-R Metal Foil SMD Fuses feature a metal foil chip design for overcurrent protection and EIA 0603 (1608 metric) footprint. These metal foil SMD fuses are available in small chip sizes with a high current rating. The SF-0603SP-R SMD fuses provide inrush-withstanding capability and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. These metal foil SMD fuses operate at -55°C to 125°C temperature range, 40% to 75% storage humidity range, and 1A to 8A rated current range. The SF-0603SP-R SMD fuses are used in data centers, industrial, medical (low to medium risk), telecom, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).

SinglFuse™ SMD Fuses

Bourns SinglFuse™ SMD Fuses offer highly reliable overcurrent protection in three surface-mountable footprints. Single-use thin film SMD fuses are specifically designed for applications that require one-time acting fuses, which allow a physical break in the circuit if a short circuit arises, eliminating the need for a circuit reset. Bourns SinglFuse SMD Fuses are UL listed and offer surface-mount packaging for automated assembly. Applications include LCD monitors, digital cameras, cell phones, industrial controllers, and rechargeable battery packs.
