ST Series Automotive TVS Diode ESD Suppressors

Eaton Electronics Automotive TVS Diode ESD Suppressors are AEC-Q101-qualified diodes ideal for automotive applications. The TVS diodes protect up to four I/O lines with unidirectional or bi-directional options. The diodes act as electrostatic discharge (ESD) suppressors and operate with ±8V to ±30V typical ESD ratings. The Eaton Electronics Automotive TVS Diode ESD Suppressors feature a low clamping voltage range and a wide junction capacitance range. The TVS diodes are RoHS compliant and ideal for automotive chassis and safety systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), communications/infotainment systems, powertrain control, and automotive lighting applications.

Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.
