Infineon Technologies USB Type-C™ EZ-PD PMG1-S3 are high-voltage microcontrollers that support USB-PD 3.1 Extended Power Range (EPR). The Infineon Technologies PMG1-S3 features up to 28V at 5A (140W). This advancement enhances the PMG1 family with 256KB flash, 32KB SRAM, 50 GPIOs, USB device control, a Crypto engine for authentication, and analog resources (ADC, OpAmp, comparators, CAPSENSE™).
