5G Cellular Products

KEMET Electronics 5G Cellular Products offer a variety of components for 5G applications and cellular networks. The product offering includes high-reliability components that can withstand high temperatures and harsh conditions found in 5G base stations. Capacitors and inductors are available in small case sizes and are ideal for smartphones and handheld 5G devices. Film technology components are designed for high-density 5G power supply requirements. KEMET 5G Cellular Products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor conditions.

AEC-Q200 Qualified Film Capacitors

KEMET AEC-Q200 Qualified Film Capacitors feature capacitance values ranging from 10pF to 210µF with 2% to 20% tolerances. These automotive-qualified capacitors offer a low ESR (1.4mΩ to 1kΩ ESR range), resulting in a high ripple current rating without sacrificing capacitance. The components also exhibit high 30VAC to 700VAC / 50VDC to 2kVDC voltage ratings.

EMI/RFI Suppression Capacitors

KEMET EMI/RFI Suppression Capacitors offer a maximum voltage rating of 760VAC and are ideal for capacitive power supplies. The KEMET portfolio of EMI/RFI suppression capacitors includes the following series: F861, F862, F871, F872, F873, F881, P278, P295, PHE844, PHE845, PHZ9004, PME264, PME271E, PME271M, PME271Y, PME295, PZB300, R41, R41-T, R46, R47, R49, and SMP253.

Harsh Environment Film Capacitors

KEMET Harsh Environment Film Capacitors feature a 0.1µF to 600µF capacitance range and 5% or 10% tolerance. These film capacitors are ideal for numerous applications, including but not limited to capacitive power supplies, automation, energy storage, and AC harmonic filtering. KEMET Harsh Environment Film Capacitors feature the following series: C4AF, C4AQ, F862, and F863.

F863 Film Capacitors

KEMET F863 Film Capacitors are ideal for harsh environments and meet AEC-Q200 qualification requirements. These automotive-grade capacitors are made of metallized polypropylene film, encapsulated with self-extinguishing resin in a UL 94V-0 box material. The F863 series operates in a -40°C to +110°C temperature range, while the F863H series has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. KEMET F863 Film Capacitors are suitable for use in parallel and series connections with the mains for indoor applications and in capacitive power supplies in automotive applications with severe ambient conditions.
