R41 & R46 Series Film Capacitors

KEMET R41 and R46 Series Film Capacitors are metallized polypropylene Film Capacitors that have self-healing properties. The R41 and R46 Series Film Capacitors from KEMET are used as interference suppressors for across-the-line applications and are suitable for use where failure of the capacitor could lead to danger of electric shock. The R41 series replaces the R73 series.

KEMET's Electromagnetic Interference Suppression Capacitors meet EN/IEC 60384-17:2005 standards and are subdivided into two groups, X and Y. X Capacitors are for use in positions where a failure of the capacitor would not expose anybody to the danger of electric shock. Y Capacitors are for use in positions where a failure of the capacitor could expose somebody to a dangerous electric shock.

EMI/RFI Suppression Capacitors

KEMET EMI/RFI Suppression Capacitors offer a maximum voltage rating of 760VAC and are ideal for capacitive power supplies. The KEMET portfolio of EMI/RFI suppression capacitors includes the following series: F861, F862, F871, F872, F873, F881, P278, P295, PHE844, PHE845, PHZ9004, PME264, PME271E, PME271M, PME271Y, PME295, PZB300, R41, R41-T, R46, R47, R49, and SMP253.

Arcotronics DC Film Capacitors

Arcotronics DC film capacitors feature a wide set of components including boxed, axial, and naked parts for use in 105ºC to 125ºC applications. The DC film capacitors feature 50Vdc to 2200Vdc, international approvals, 100% electrical testing, self-healing properties, and ITU compliancy. For special designs, working temperatures up to 170ºC can be met. The capacitors are ideal for use in both AC and DC applications.
