General-Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes

Littelfuse General-Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues. Typical applications for Littelfuse General-Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, DC powerlines, and general I/O.

SM05 - SM36 TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SM05 - SM36 TVS Diode Arrays are designed to protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning induced surges. Without any performance degradation, the SM series can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. The SM series is also able to maintain very low clamping voltages while safely dissipating up to 24A of 8/20us induced surge current (IEC-61000-4-5).

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
