Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes provide higher-order ESD protection for challenging high-speed serial interfaces. Littelfuse Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes are ideally suited for 10/100/1000 Ethernet and data line applications.

Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection

Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SP3130 0.3pF 10KV Bidirectional Discrete TVS

Littelfuse SP3130 Diode Array 0.3pF 10KV 50nA Leakage at 28V includes back-to-back TVS diodes provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The SP3130 Diode Arrays from Littelfuse feature a 0.3pF capacitance @ V_R-0V and 50nA (max) leakage current at 28V. These low capacitance diodes offer ESD protection of 15±kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge to safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes up to the maximum level specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. The back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present.
