MX150 Connector Family

Molex MX150 Connector Family includes sealed and unsealed connector systems with a USCAR interface. These systems feature superior operating temperatures and a current rating of up to 22A. Molex MX150 Connector Family is ideal for automotive and commercial vehicle environments, including marine equipment, recreational vehicles, and industrial vehicles and equipment.

MX150 Hybrid Sealed Connector System

Molex MX150 Hybrid Sealed Connector System offers multiple circuit sizes with a mix of 1.5mm, 2.8mm, and 6.3mm terminals for various automotive and commercial vehicle applications. These 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-way hybrid receptacle and blade connectors offer versatility to meet a range of applications. These components use mat seal technology for M150 (1.5mm) terminals. This eliminates the need for individual cable seals, which reduces the package size and cost. A grommet cap protects the mat seal and assures proper alignment of the terminals. Molex MX150 Hybrid Sealed Connector System features a pre-assembled terminal position assurance (TPA) housing to ensure crimped terminal leads are properly locked into the connector. The components meet GMW3191 and USCAR-2 specifications and mate with USCAR interfaces.

MX150 Sealed Connector System

Molex MX150 Sealed Connector System features pre-assembled, fully-submersible MX150 high-performance connectors with a compact package. Molex MX150 Sealed Connectors are ideal for SAE- and ISO-style wire in single- and dual-row configurations up to 22A supporting both signal and power applications for on-engine automotive to off-road construction equipment applications. The Molex MX150 Sealed Connector System with a USCAR interface has a current rating up to 22.0A for power and signal automotive and commercial vehicle applications.

Environmentally Sealed Connectors

Molex Environmentally Sealed Connectors provide an ideal interconnect solution for heavy-duty and harsh-environment applications. Molex offers a wide range of standard-sealed and custom-sealed interconnect systems. These connectors are suitable for applications requiring ruggedized sealed plugs, receptacles, and power connectors, including IP67 or IP68 ratings.
