Internet of Things (IoT) Products

RECOM Internet of Things (IoT) Products are energy-efficient AC/DC and DC/DC converters that are ideal for Industry 4.0 and IoT applications. These products provide high efficiency at both light load and full-load. The IoT depends on distributed intelligence, multiple interconnected sensors/actuators, and decentralized control. Power supplies for IoT applications need to be space-saving, reliable, and highly efficient at both low load and full load. Many RECOM products are compact, cost-effecitive AC/DC and DC/DC modules for use in IoT and Industry 4.0 applications. 

RAC Power Converters

RECOM Power RAC Family Power Converters are a compact and highly efficient modular solution that offers a wide range of output power options from 1W to 20W.  These RECOM Power AC/DC modules feature up to 86% efficiency, short circuit protection, and up to 3kVAC isolation voltage. Two different input voltage versions are available for most types: a standard 80VAC to 264VAC input or a wider input voltage range of 80VAC to 305VAC to power devices such as smart meters, cameras, high bay lights, etc. directly from the US 277VAC line. 

RAC15-K & RAC20-K AC/DC Power Supplies

RECOM Power RAC15-K/20-K AC/DC Power Supplies are compact, high-efficiency PCB-mount power conversion modules with ultra-low energy losses, especially in light load conditions. These AC/DC modules operate at a -40°C to +80°C or +85°C temperature range and offer fully protected single or dual outputs. RECOM Power RAC15-K/20-K power supplies offer <40mW no-load power consumption and 84% efficiency. The RAC20-K is available in both standard THT versions and wired versions. These supply units operate over a wide mains input range of 85VAC up to 264VAC. These input ranges come with international safety certifications for industrial, AV, and ITE as well as household standards.

IRM-90 90W AC-DC Green Power Supply Modules

MEAN WELL IRM-90 90W AC-DC Green Power Supply Modules are suitable for the Internet of Things (IoT), handheld instruments, communication equipment, and household appliances. The series was designed to meet the demands of the market for higher wattage. Two types are available: IRM-90 can be directly mounted and soldered onto the PCB, or IRM-90-xST screw terminal type can offer alternative mounting and wiring options. The compact units comply with EN55032 Class B without external EMI filters, have an 80VAC to 305VAC input (suitable for 277VAC in North America), and have a low, no-load power consumption of <0.21W.
