ROHM Semiconductor AEC-Q100 Qualified Op-Amps and Comparators include ground sense, low power/low noise, high speed, and dual supply voltage op-amps and comparators. These devices integrate two or four op-amps or comparators into a single IC. The AEC-Q100 Qualified op-amps and comparators operate at wide temperature ranges of -40ºC to 105ºC and -40ºC to 125ºC. These op-amps and comparators offer single and single/dual supply voltage variants.
